Don't worry, Wolf - there's gonna be no rollback, Gaile's already confirmed that.

There's just shitloads of bans being handed out.

Btw... that font is really hard to read.

So cool it with the insults "buddy" .
I'm sure you were the only person to report chunkymonkey. Yep. Pat yourself on the back for that one.

Sorry dude, i desagree

"...Why are you so concerned about Herb or anyone else like him that loves to collect? How does it affect you? It is not I, or anyone else that is upset by your words, it is you who is upset enough to post said words..."

You make me laugh a lot, you have a bad build I would say......You show me your weakness.

I said what I think about the WHOLE situation, Herb knows a lot and you dont OWN the truth (someone mentioned that the duped item is called ARMBRACE OF TRUTH... really funny). Thats all.

Anet is wise, and will do the maximum to exterminate those evil "players"....whoever they are LOL

Wow how can you ban people for this? It's your mistake @Anet not theirs. If a bank blew up and $50000million dollars were all over the floor, would everyone leave it and not pick it up? Its human nature, and your banning people for that.

It's in the EULA or whatever it is we agreed to when we started playing, something about exploiting stuff being an offense.
A-Net are well within their rights to hand bans out like candy.

OK, so it's either your bad English or your bad logic, but this post has me completely lost. Any elaboration? Any relevance to anything you care to explain? Or are we all going to miss out on your amazing wisdom due to a loss in translation?

I'm going to try and not make this into an insult, "buddy".
But in what way, what-so-ever, would we give a darn about who reported Chunky Monkey? You want a cookie for what you did? Think you're special or something? Well, face facts - you're not. You're one in the crowd. As a wise man once said (around 5 minutes ago):

"People are trying to take credit for that chunky monkey's ban, who cares? The main point is that he is gone."

With that said, I think this thread is going /unfavourite. Too many wannabees around now. 80% of the posts are either "hey, how did they do this? plz tell me! i want to know" or "lol plz no reroll! plz plz!".
Hope the echonomy will be balanced out eventually - and that everything will go to normal again. Blesser signing out.

2 things...

1.) Remind me never to drop anything around you.

2.) A bank didnt blow up, people went out of their way to dup drops and circumvent the system.

It is theoretically possible that, Chunky Monkey, in his infinite audacity made his dubious methods more than obvious to Max Gladius alone... so it is also possible that more than one people have filed a report against him.

Using something in a way that it was clearly not intended to be used in, is called exploiting. Human nature is no excuse. Even if those bank notes are all over the floor, you still know they're not yours. Stop being stupid.

The bank would probably review the security footage and file charges against anyone that took money unless the funds were returned.

Back home a bunch of people were recently arrested and prosecuted for taking advantage of an ATM that spit out 20s where it should have spit out 5s.

Same sort of scenario here, except that there's absolutely no question that the dupers KNEW beyond a shadow of a doubt that what they were doing was wrong.

All true but, still they are banning people for even duping 1 item by accident, and also i remember the first time they messed up and ectos went to 250g and everyone bought them this is why some people are still so rich and they didnt rollback, isnt that kinda the same?

considering the highly complex methods of duping, it is highly unlikely one "dupes" an armbrace of truth by accident.

You think stealing is OK because other people do it? Or because your stealing from a company instead of a person?

Chalk it up a learning a life lesson.

I hear the new StarCraft game is going to be pretty cool. You might want to look into it.

The best fonts for readability on a computer are probably Verdana, then Tahoma or MS Sans Serif, but condensed fonts like the Arial Narrow that you just used are the very worst.
